  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rang on 24/03/18 and after being on hold the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer services answered the phone and without me even finishing my sentence she cut me off and transferred me to the servicing department. I have spent over £30k on a new commercial vehicle but when the vehicle developed a problem in it's warranty period the soonest they were able/willing to help is 11 days from now?!?!!?!? The vehicle has got 12k miles on. What use is the warranty if they can't fix things when it goes wrong? It takes literally 10 minutes to stick a vehicle on diagnostics to tell me if the vehicle is safe to drive as is or not but they are unwilling. The service department offered me a loan vehicle but then said sorry we don't actually have a loan vehicle available. They then tried to palm me off to Ford assist or book the vehicle in 11 days from now. Think Farnborough summary - Very good at selling you a new vehicle but when things go wrong they adopt a blasé attitude. I suggest you avoid this dealership as after care is poor.
