  Oh how the mighty have fallen! Bought a 330i from Barry Hayward 3 years ago and he and the service team @ Barons we're perfect throughout my ownership, the best customer service I've received ever (not just from a car dealership) and vowed I'll never buy a BMW again unless it was Barry & Barons selling it to me (and recommended lots of others to do so) Fast forward 3 years and I've been wanting to upgrade to an M3 for a while, and finally Barons have one in stock that fits my criteria! I contact Barry on Thursday and we book an appointment for 11:00 on the following Saturday, happy days I'm finally getting my M3! Barry then emails me late on a Friday saying he's double booked me and put me back to 2:30, wasn't too happy with this thought was a little unprofessional but these things happen he was so good last time so no real harm done. I'm about an hour away from the dealership (Barry knows this) he then contacts me about 10 miles into my trip to see him telling me the car hasn't even arrived at the dealership yet and is still awaiting prep! I told him i'm a bit miffed by this he's had plenty of time to check it's in the dealership before I've made all my plans! that's two strikes of unprofessionalism in a couple of days, he then has the cheek of asking me if I want to put down a £500 holding deposit so the car doesn't disappear! 3 strikes! looking at the previous reviews for Barry it seems he's fallen of the rails! He was Icarus flying high above any other BMW dealership! now his wings are burnt and have lost a lifelong customer! The service team were wonderful at Barons I couldn't recommend them enough, but I would avoid Barry at all costs! I wouldn't expect behavior like this from a backstreet garage let alone a ''award winning customer service'' BMW Dealership!
